Murali is a seasoned executive with P&L experience and a track record of building technology, services and outsourcing businesses. He has twenty plus years of experience in Enterprise Software/Services and IT, in multiple verticals including Financial Services, and Manufacturing. He is experienced in both large corporate and entrepreneurial management, specifically business development, go-to-market efforts, and solution selling.

He has played leadership roles at ISGN, SAP, Applied Materials, Ford Aerospace/Loral, Think3, and Neptune Technologies, which he co-founded and served as CEO / Chairman. In his most recent role at ISGN, Murali served as COO of the company across all US-based operations, and led six M&A transactions from deal shaping and structuring to deal execution and post-acquisition integration.

Murali has a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras, India, an MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Iowa, and an MBA degree from the Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley.
