SmartKapital was born out of passion to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in India and South-East Asia; a passion shared by a team of accomplished and driven individuals who are enthusiastic about making an impact in the SME space by blending advisory capital with venture capital. We are a new breed of venture advisory firm designed to facilitate rapid revenue and profit growth for SME's and maximize value to their Investors. Our value proposition is based on our core belief, "It takes more than just capital to make star enterprise".

Our focus is on companies that already generate over $5M (~20 Cr. INR) in revenues, however we do work with early stage start-ups on a selective basis. We work with entrepreneurs who are driven to build great companies. We help them bring to market promising products, services or technology. We nurture businesses for growth by helping them create, validate and execute new business models, enhance their management capabilities, extend their organizational abilities in addition to raising capital.

To bring capital to our star customers, we have partnered with several investors (PE firms, Banks, HNI's) from India, USA, Singapore and Middle East.
